Welcome to the Key to Fun Vacations website! I’m Kristen, an expert on children and family reference services who loves to travel. Since 2011, I've been working with youth at libraries and schools, and I am passionate about helping others. I'm also a native Floridian and spent my childhood years visiting Orlando annually with my family. Some of my fondest memories are from the local theme parks. By the time I reached college, I had also been on several cruises and was eager to travel as much as possible, so I completed not one, but two study abroad programs (one in Spain and one in the United Kingdom). As I started my career as a librarian, I continued to explore new places at home and abroad whenever the opportunity arose.
I started Key to Fun Vacations LLC in 2023 as a way to merge two of my passions: travel and research. As a librarian, I frequently help others locate the information they need. I apply the same principle to planning clients’ vacations: finding the best fit to make sure there’s something fun for everyone!
